FORMER PREMIER OF PERSIA ASSASSINATED
TEHERAN, Nov. 6 (Recd. 6 p.m.)— The former Premier, Abdul Hussain Hazhir, died today from wounds received yesterday when he was shot entering a mosque. The Persian police were reported to have arrested 31 people, including three leading Opposition members of Parliament, in a sweep on suspects following the assassination. • Hazhir was shot by a religious fanatic while going into a city mosque. A State funeral has been ordered.— Reuter.
