Greens were • on the heavy side on account of dampness. Much interest has been aroused in the Wanganui Bowling Centre’s pennant fours competition, senior and junior, the draw for which has just been completed. Play starts next Saturday. Twenty-four teams have been entered in each competition. Five rounds will be played to find teams for post-section play.
