LONDON. Nov 4 (Recd 6 pm).— The British United Press Moscow correspondent says Russia today claimed that tw'O of her athletes broke the world’s records for the 30 kilometres. The runner w r ho won the race, Fedosy Vamin, clocked 99 minutes, 14.6 and the runner-up, Vassili Gordienko, took 13.2 seconds longer. The present world record, established by a Finn last June, is 100 minutes, 46.4 seconds.
