Honey Prices For The 1949 Season
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA) Honey prices to be paid to producers for the 1949 season were announced today by the Minister of Marketing (Mr Cullen).
Prices for honey supplied to the Marketing Department are: 7d a lb, pro rata according to grade, plus a flat rate bonus of 4d a lb.
Advances have already been paid to the producers concerned and the balance would be disbursed forthwith, said Mr Cullen.
