BECAUSE cannot fulfil our promise to Britain to increase food exports by 25 per cent, if we withdraw labour, divert essential material and supplies, and cut imports of vehicles, machinery and implements BECAUSE we have not been told how the increased taxation is to be raisedBECAUSE a mandate would not bind this or future Governments to the present programme.
