CITY COUNCIL PROSECUTIONS AGAINST CYCLISTS
As a result of checks being made by Wanganui City Council traffic inspectors, further cyclists were prosecuted in the Magistrate s Court- Wanganui, yesterday. The following were each fined £l, costs 10s, by Mr S. S. Preston, S.M.for riding unlighted cycles:—Jack Fawcett Caiman, Casson, Monica Murray and Morlan Walker. Charged with riding a cycle on the right of more than one other travelling in the same direction, Quentin Allen and Jack D’Arcy Heise were each fined 10s, costs 10s.
