Last Night (PA)— Statements attributed to the president of the N.Z.R.S.A., Sir Howard Kippenberger, regarding Communism are the subject of a protest in a letter sent to Sir Howard by the general secretary of the New Zealand Communist Party (Mr Sid Scott).
