Dominion Fertiliser Company Dividend
DUNEDIN, Last Night (P.A.)—The directors of the Dominion Fertiliser Company Ltd., in their annual report for the year ended March 31 last, state that the trading and financial position of the company has been well maintained during the year. The unappropriated balance brought forward from the proiit and loss appropriation account last year was £9OOB, to which is added this year’s net profit. After providing for taxes of £16,307, the sum left available for appropriation is £25,315. and the directors recommend the payment of a dividend of 6 per cent., absorbing £1434, and leaving £lO,BBl to be carried forward to next year.
