Aotea A Wins 7-a-Side Defeating Aotea C by 13 points to nil, Aotea A won the Rugby League seven-a-side tournament held at Waitotara on Saturday. Results:— First round: Aotea A 21, Aotea B 8; Aramoho B 3, Gonville B 0; Aramoho A 6, Waitotara B 5; City B 8, Waitotara A 3; Aotea C 15, City C 0; City A 7, Gonville A 5; Aramoho C 3, Aotea D 0. Second round: Aotea B 7, City B 0; Aotea A 8, Aramoho A 0; Aotea C 8, Aramoho C 0. Semi-finals: Aotea A 3, City A 0; Aotea C 13, Aotea B 10. Final: Aotea A 13, Aotea C 0. The annual Rugby League match between Wangahui and Taranaki will be played in New Plymouth on Saturday.
