Verdict Of Not Guilty In Case Alleging Robbery With Violence
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA). A verdict of not guilty was returned by a jury in the Supreme Court in charges against Raymond France Belgium Anzac Sykes, Jabot rer and seaman, aged 31 The charges were of using personal violence in robbing Clarence Richard Patrick Lynch of £lB, and wounding Lync.t and Henry Alfred Tamm with intent to do them grievous bodily harm. The incidents were alleged to have taken place in a house in Vivian Street on February 24. Accused was discharged from custody by the Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O’Leary. Accused was defended by Mr. W. V. Gazley. Mr. W. H. Cunningham Appeared for the Crown.
