Charged in the Magistrate's Court, Wanganui, yesterday, with riding an unlighted cycle in Ridgway Street on the night of Easter Monday, Arthur Robertson was lined 10s, costs 10s by Mr. A. Coleman, S.M. Inspector J. Minnell prosecuted for the City Council.
