Popular Song ‘Wanganui Moon’ Featured In Australian Broadcast
The attractions of Wanganui and its beautiful river were further • enhanced by a recent broadcast of the popular waltz-song “Wanganui Moon’’ by the short-wave station VLHS of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. The song was played by the wellknown Melbourne organist, Arnold Coleman. “Wanganui Moon” was written and composed by Eric MacKenzie of Oamaru.
