British Machine Wins Main Manawatu Trot
The Manawatu Trotting Club’s annual meeting was concluded at Awapuni in very favourable weather. The course, though a shade slower than for the first day, was in excellent order. There was a good attendance and the totalisator turnover was £38,124 10s, compared with £37,366 last year. The total lor the meeting was £74,664, as against £77,674 10s last year.
