N.Z. Journalists Ask That Berry Be Treated Fairly
WELLINGTON. Last Night (PA) The case of Mr Berry was discussed at the annual meeting of the Wellington Journalists’ Union on Saturday night. Concern was expressed that he should receive fair treatment. To this end it was decided to make representations to lhe acting Minister of Internal Affairs (Mr Nash) and the representative in New Zealand of the Panamanian Government, at whose request Mr Berry was detained.
