PUBLIC NOTICES THE Oltakune Borough Council in pursuance of and in exercise of the powers vested in it that behalf by Municipal Corporation Act, 1933 (or other enabling Act) and the Local Bodies Loans Act, 19’26, and of every other power it thereunto enabling HEREBY RESOLVES by way of SPECIAL ORDER:— 1. That it do raise a special loan of £2,750 foy the purpose of erecting dwelling houses within Borough of Oltakune. 2. That the purposed security and provision for repayment of the loan shall be a specially recurring rate of four pence in the £ on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Ohakune. 3. That the term of the said loan shall be for a period of twenty years. 4. That the rate ot interest that may be paid in respect of the said loan shall not exceed £3 per cent per annum. 5. That His Worship the Mayor and the Town Clerk are hereby authorised to sign Ute Debenture on behalf of the Oltakune Borough Council and to attach tlie Common Seal of the Oltakune Borough Council to such document.
