Co-Respondent Was Ninety Years Old
VANCOUVER, April 26 (Rec. 7.20 p.m.)—Co-respondent in a Vancouver case today was a 90-year-old prospector and farmer who said he was the father of live illegitimate children born since 1933. The youngest was less than one year old. In the Supreme Court Mr. Justice J. S. Wood granted a decree to Thomas Keeley dissolving his 20-year marriage to Bertha Keeley, aged 37.
