Wanganui Marist Rugby Team For Spillane Cup
To take part in the annual Spillane Cup Rugby tournament at Auckland, the Wanganui Marist Rugby Club team will leave tomorrow morning. Because some of the regular players are unable to make the trip the team will field a young side. The personnel is as follows ■'— Backs: J. Molan- L. Lamont, B. Corliss, P. Barron, J. Oliver, J. Lynch. M. Russell, S. Williams, K. Fifleld, T. Duggan; forwards: F. Huwyler. G. Healy. B. O’Leary, J. Heagney, M. Pettis, J. O'Neill, N. Crowley, D. Moriarty. The team will meet Hastings Celtic in its first match. Mr C. J. Carmody is the team manager.
