That it do raise <t special loan of £2,750 for the purpose of erecting dwelling houses within Borough of Ohakune. 2. That the purposed security and provision for repayment of the loan shall be a specially recurring rate of four ponce in the £ on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Oliakune. 3.
