January Was Best Month For Aero Club Since War
A post-war record of 134 hr. 30min. flying was set by aircraft of the Wanganui Aero Club during January, the instructor (Mr. G. A. Delves) reported to last, night’s hieeting of the committee. Of this flying, 99hr. 45min was solo and 2Shr 15min. was dual instruction. During the month three pupils made their first solo flights. They were A.T.C. Cadets J. Charles and J Ensoll and Mr. J. Morgan.
