Mr D. Taylor, headmaster of the Eltham School, has been appointed to a similar position at Whangarei and will leave to take up his new appointment in a week’s time.
Mr. A. H. Bo"Ie, of Wellington and formerly of Wanganui, has been appointed to the New Zealand Geo-
graphic Board. Mr. Bogle, who began his career in the Lands and Survey Department, worked with a Wellington firm before becoming a partner Ia Wanganui architectural firm. He lived for more than 20 years in Wanganui. He served in World War and in Worlq War II commanded a field company of engineers in the Pa cific.
