Mr. C. O. Pratt Appointed Registrar Of Supreme Court, Auckland
Well-known in Wanganui, where he was registrar of the Supreme Court from 1939 lo 1941, Mr. C. O. Pratt, formerly of Dunedin, has been appoined registrar of the Supreme Court, Auckland. Mr. Pratt was registrar of the Supreme Court, Palmerston North, from 1943 to 1945, and from 1945 to 1948 was registrar of th e Supreme Court, Dunedin.
He took up his Auckland appointment on January 1. During the recent war Mr. Pratt was in command of the Ist Battalion of the Wellington West Coast Regiment, with the rank of lieutenantcolonel.
