LONDON. Nov. 30. (Recd. 8.10 pm). - Former Director of lhe United Nations Food and Agricultural Organisation, Sir John Boyd Orr, drew cheers from listeners at the Central Hall. Westminster, when he said that if there* was less talk of war and fear of war there would not bo war. He said the great forces of Communism and Capitalism had to be reconciled.
