Capel Court Company Increases Capital
WELLINGTON. Last Night (PAI. —The Capel Court Investment Com" pany (Australia) Ltd. advises 1 that the board of directors has decided to raise additional capital of £60,000 by the issue at par of 240,000 shares of 5& each. These will be offered tn shareholders in proportion of one new share for every three shares held at November 10. 1948. Application money will be payable in full on or before closing date of issue, namely 5 p.m. December 10, 1948. Shares will rank for dividend as from January 1. 1949. The company’s share register and transfer iournal will be Nosed all day on November 10. 1948.
