NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Wanganui Harbour Board held on the 15th day of October, 1948, the Board adopted and passed By-laws for the Harbour of Wanganui the purport of such Bylaws being—(a) to amend the definition of ordinary business hours upon the wharf and effect consequential amendments: (b) to amend the charges payable in respect of wharfage, the Harbour Improvement Rate.
