Wanganella Leaves Floating Dock After More Than Nine Months
WELLINGTON,, Last Night (PA).—After completing 283 days in the floating dock, the liner Wanganella. which grounded on Barrett’s Reef, Wellington, on January 1, 1947, was returned to the water without incident today and berthed at an adjacent wharf for final reconstruction and restoration before undergoing sea trials preparatory to reentering the Tasman service.
