Picture Screenings To Be Resumed At Turakina Next Month
As from Saturday, November 5, sound films will be screened every Saturday ifi the Turakina Town Hall by Mr. Colin E. Papps, of the Turakina store. A former head technician on the staff of the J. C. Williamson Picture Corporation, Mr. Papps is installing the latest equipment so that Turakina residents will have films up to city standards. The hall will be equipped with a special screen of the latest type and selectee Metro-Goldwyn Mayer films will be featured.
