Nine Girls Missing From Home Safe At Friend’s House
■ (P A.) Wellington, Sept. 14 l Nine girls between the ages of 10 . and 15 disappeared at. 2.30 p.m. yes--1 terday from St. Mary’s Home, Karori. Their absence was not noticed for some time and the police were notified late last night. No search was made ' last night, but first thing this morn- • ing broadcast were made for information concerning their whereabouts. 1 They were all found at 8 a.m. today at a friend's house in Wadestown. The girls were all in good health and returned, to St. Mary’s.
