What Is N.Z. Doing About Russia’s Aims To Upset Colonies?
(P.A.) Parliament Bldgs., Sept. 14. In the House of Representatives today, Mr. E. P. Aderman (Opp., New Plymouth) gave notice to ask the Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) if he agreed with the statement of Mr. D. W. Forsyth. Australia, that “Russia aimed at inspiring revolution in the world’s 70 colonies," and was using United Nations bodies "as a propaganda forum to inspire subversive movements in colonies and to undermine the confidence of colonial peoples in the administering powers"; if so would he inform the House whether actions of the kind mentioned had been reported to him concerning the colonies administered by New Zealand, and other nations?
