FOl'R-BALL MEDAL ROUND ON SATURDAY.
Members of Tawhero Golf Club will play a four-ball Medal round on Saturday.
The six remaining players in the Peters Cup will play the sixth round of this competition. The sixth round of the ladies’ section will be played the following week. The draw is* J. Nimmo v. H. Gaskin. J. McKenzie v. R. Shaw. A. Charles v. L. Nixon. Last week’s fifth round matches resulted: Miss M. Holmes won from Miss D. Skelton. H. Gaskin won from 3. Nimmo, J. Nimmo won from A. Charles, R. Shaw won from F. Christensen, L. Nixon won from W. H. Fowler. J. McKenzie won from H. Lee. J. Nimmo is the only two-lifer left in this competition. The “Silver King” competition was] won by J. McKenzie. 92-23-69. G. 11. Chamley 93-23-70, was next best.
