UNLIGHED CYCLES
Charged in the Magistrate s Court, Wanganui, yesterday, with riding an unlighted cycle in Victoria Avenue on the night of May 29 last, John William Popham was fined 10s, costs 10s. A constable said that defendant had no excuse to offer when asked why he was riding without a light.
