Reed. 11.59 p.m- Sydney, June 28. The vol)own New Zealand bandmaster, Mr. R. J. Estall, conductor of the Woolston Baud, Christchurch, has been appointed judge of the Ballarat Band Contest on October 28, 29, and 30. Bands from all over Australia will be competing.
