St. Barnabas Mothers Union Celebrates Its Birthday
The birthday meeting of St. Barnabas Mothers' Union was held on Thursday in S. Barnabas Church Hall Durie Hill, wnen there was a large gathering of members and representatives from Christ Church, Gonvilie, Wanganui East, Aran’ioho, Mdsston, and Castlecliff. A very happy afternoon was spent, and’ songs sung by Mrs. Palmer and Mrs Holmes, and a competition arranged by Mrs. W. J. Gillies added to the pleasure of the meet.iig. Mrs. Stockdale (enrolling member) preside,! and .ater thanked these who had contributed to the programme. The flowers in the hail and the sprays were arranged by Mrs Jannings. Afternoon tea was served.
