A dramatic story of the years immediately before and during the war is unfolded in •‘Nothing So Strange." by James Hilton, which is among fiction works placed on the shelves of the Wanganui Public Library during the week ending June 19. The novel tells of Dr. Mark Bradley, of North Dakota who, while doing research work in London, is entertained by an American international financier whose wife and daughter are both attracted by the young scientist.
