A girl at school was asked if "kiss” was a common or proper noun. After some hesitation she replied, "It is both common and proper." GENIUS IN iTNANCE "Pa. will you please tell me what a financial genius is?” "A financial genius, my child, is a man who can spend money that he has never had, and which the people who think they are getting it will never see.” CANDID "Yes,” said the local Member of Parliament, "I’m going among the farmers today, to a vegetable show, or a fat stock show, or something of that sort. Not that I care for vegetables or fat stock, but I want to show the people that I'm one of them.”
