Finland Accepts A Loan From Russia
Helsinki, June 4 Finland has accepted a Russian offer of a £1,250,000 loan at two per cent., repayable in currency other than dollars. The gesture is interpreted as a new attempt to create Finnish goodwill for the Communist Party in the general elections next month.
