NOTICE is hereby given in terms of Section 51,0 f "Rating Act, 1925,” and Sections 65 to 68 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928,” that the Wanganui Rabbit Board will, at a meeting of the said Board to be held on Wednesday, the 9th day of June, 1948, at 2.30 p.m., make and levy a rate of Three-eighths of one penny (8d) per. head on all sheep and one penny and seveneighths <ljd) per head on all cattle (the minimum rate to be Ten Shillings), as shown on the Stock-Owners’ List of the Wanganui Rabbit District, a district constituted in terms of Part 2 of “The Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928." Such rate is to be for the period commencing on the First day of April, 1948, and ending on the 31st Day of March, 1949, and to be payable in one instalment on Monday, the 9th day of August. 1948. to the collector at the office of Ihe Board, No. 7 Campbell Place, Wanganui.
