Bulls Anglican Parishioners Hold Annual Meeting

(0.C.) Bulls. May 6. The Churchwardens report read at the annual meeting of the Bulls Anglican parish recorded a year of progress. The flower show held last November was a successful effort and thanks is expressed to those who assisted Miss Levett again officiated as secretary, while Mrs. Mackay and helpers ran the afternon tea successfully. Mrs. Barnett organised the ladies' guild, who ran an excellent work stall. The produce stall was run by Miss Broughton and Mrs. Stevens and other hepers. The Pareuanui ladies sold their excellent cakes, while Greatford ladies headed by Mrs. Howard and Mrs. Price had a flower stall. A day of giving is to be instituted to further Bishop Ownes appeal The report expresses appreciation of the efforts of church officers and parishioners for their co-operation. The previous year's officers were reelected.,
