Wanganui

A most successful one-day tournament was held on tile Wanganui Bowling Club's greens on Saturday, the winning rink being skipped by i. C. Young, who tied with one skipped by G. N. Boulton, both having won their respective esetions with 5 wins. Twenty full rinks took part in the tourney, and the greens were in excellent order, while the weather conditions were ideal from a bowling point of view. Young (skip). Members are reminded of the proposed visit to the Waverley Club next Saturday. Those wishing to make the trip are asked to put their names on the board immediately, as arrangements for transport must be made at once.
