CZECHS TO BOYCOTT U.N.O. DEBATE ON CZECH COUP
Recd. 8.40 p.m. London, April ±0 Czechosolvakia today sent a letter to the Security Council rejecting its invitation to a hearing of the Chilean complaint that the Soviet interfered in Czech political affairs. The letter declared that the Chilean charges were unfounded and said discussion by the United Nations was contrary to the Charter.
