WELLINGTON GAS FINAL DIVIDEND.

The Wellington Gas Company Limited advises that at a meeting of the board it was decided to recommend the payment of a final dividend on ordinary shares of 3 p.c., making 6 p.c. for the year. Subject to confirmation by shareholders at the annual meeting, to be held on February 17, the dividend will be payable on that date.
