BRITISH TRADE UNIONS WANT MARSHALL PLAN DISCUSSED
(N.Z.P.A.—Reuter—Copyright) London, Jan. 28. The British Trade Union Congress has issued an ultimatum to the world Federation of Trade Unions that unless the W.F.T.U. Paris headquarters calls an executive meeting by midFebruary to consider the Marshall Plan, the T.U.C. would call its own meeting of the participating countries and face the consequences. The “Daily Telegraph" says that the W.F.T.U. headquarters is allegedly under Communist domination. .The T.U.C. ultimatum may expedite the W.F.T.U.’s collapse, which in any case is almost certain.
