OLD AIRCRAFT
RECORD PURCHASE MADE IN N.Z. (P.A.) Auckland, Jan. 27. The biggest purchase of old aircraft ever made in New Zealand has been undertaken by J. Larsen, waste metal merchant, of Palmerston North, who has bought from the War Assets Realisation Board 443 former combat aircraft lying at Rukuhia aerodrome, near Hamilton.
