MOUNTBATTEN MAY LEAVE INDIAN POST IN JUNE
Recd. 6 p.m. New Delhi, Jan. 24 It is learned authoritatively from Government House that Earl Mpuntbatten will relinquish his appointment as Governor-General of India in the third week in June. An Indian is expected to succeed him.
