N.Z. Plastic Surgeon May Treat Miners Seriously Burned
Recd. 5 p.m. London, Jan. 15. The Daily Mail’s Puis correspondent says that Sir Archibald Mclndoe, the New Zealand plastic surgeon, may treat miners seriously burned in the Forbach disaster. Squadron-Leader F. T. Moore, one of his stall at the East Grinstead clinic, is flying to Forbach to operate on 43 survivors as the result of the initiative and memory of an English woman, Mrs. Louise Vidaud. She remembered plastic surgery miracles” performed on British airmen she had seen at the East Grinstead during the wu and told the authorities, who sought Sir Archibald McIndoe’s help.
