1300 HINDUS AND SIKHS PERISH
London, Jan. 14. Nearly 1300 Hindus and Sikhs are reported to have been killed during a clash between Indian and Northwest Frontier troops escorting refugee trains in the Gujrat area, West Punjab, says the British United Press correspondent in New Delhi Only 700 of 2400 non-Moslems In one train reached India.
