RUSSIAN ENVOY STILL IN TEHERAN London, Dec. 28 The Russian Ambassador to Persia, Mr. Ivan Sadchikov, who was reported on December 26 to have left by air for New Delhi attended a showing in Teheran last night of a colour film of Princess Elizabeth’s wedding, says the “Daily Telegraph's" Teheran corresondent. Five other members of the Russian Embassy staff were present, although it had also been reported on December 26 that Mr. Sadchikov took some of his staff to New Delhi, while others were returning to Moscow.
