FIELD FOR TRENTHAM CLASSIC
After declaration of forfeits 53 three-year-olds remain in the Wellington Guineas, the classic event to be decided on the second day of the Trentham spring meeting. Though the club will not. permit divisions in other events, provision is made for divisions in classic races, and if the number of starters exceeds the safety number the Guineas race will be divided. Following are those remaining in after forfeits were tak£n: —
