CHOLERA SPREADS IN EGYPT
Recd.. 7.25 p.m. Cairo, Oct. 1 The Minister of Public Health last night reported 76 new cholera cases, 50 suspected cases, and 37 more deaths. This is the highest number of deaths so far in one day. For the first time cases were reported at Suez and in upper Egypt. The epidemic had previously affected only lower Egypt.
