Messrs O. G. Stevens and D. J. Dalgleish were sworn in before the Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O'Leary, today as deputy-judges of the Court of Arbitration. (P.A.). Sir Thomas Hunter was appointed full-time principal of Victoria University College at a meeting of the college council. For nearly 10 years he has been carrying out his duties jn connection with the Chair of Philosophy as well as those of principal.— (' P. A*).
