NEW HANDICAPPER FOR STRATFORD
Mr. A. V. O’Brien has been appointed handicapper by the Stratford Racing Club and will frame the weights for the club’s spring meeting, to be held on Saturday, November 8, as well as for lhe New Year meeting. Mr O’Brien has also received natification of his appointment as handicapper from the Woodville District Jockey Club, and recently was pointed to a similar position by the Egmont Racing Club, filling the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. A.* Tronson through the clash of meetings in the Auckland province. Mr. O’Brien is now handicapper for all Taranaki meetings, as well as for a number of other clubs
